MABCU is a one-stop shop for various road related datasets published by the Department for Transport (DfT). We've got traffic census data going back to 2000, congestion data as far back as 2019 and every personal injury accident from 2000 onwards.

Data is, typically, released annually by the DfT. At the moment, the most recent traffic and congestion data is from 2023, and the most recent accident data is from 2022.
